Michlmayr clocks and watchmakers - van racking and lighting
Being a storage design and installation company doesn’t limit us to only supply racking for warehousing, we offer storage solutions for a range of applications.
Michlmayr contacted us to ask whether we can do van racking, and yes we can. With the complex works Michlmayr undertakes, they had a specific brief that needed to be followed. These points included: Somewhere to hang climbing ropes and harnesses, a bench for working on, a chemical stores a location for a pillar drill and internal ladder storage.Â
Using our expertise and working with our suppliers, we designed a layout that offered storage based upon the brief given with the inclusion of internal LED lighting and external LED flashing beacons fitted to the front grill and rear bumper of the vehicle.Â
What We Installed
Bespoke steel van racking from the Swedish manufacturer – Edstrom.
A chemical storage cupboard and tall double height locker from our Mechway Store catalogue
Timber and none slip heaver duty tops to the table and chemical store to use as work surfaces as well as multiple drop down draw sets, clamps and straps for secure storage of small parts and tooling.Â
