Our Wash Pods are made to order following the agreed specification from the customer. We can layout the Wash Pod in a way that suits your business and include any additional equipment you require.
Once complete, the pod is transported to site via a Hiab truck and off-loaded. The site services (water and power) are connected and the Pod is ready for use.
We assist in advising the correct power supply and water flow pressure required. Using our own technicians we can offer to install these services on your behalf.
The Mechway “Wash Pod” is a self container plug and play pressure washing system. Built to your specifications, which can include but is not limited too:
Chemical storage and bunds, lockers for tooling or wet weather clothing, racks for wash brushes, additional external flood lighting, anything you require can be added.
A standard Kit out, popular with our customers are:
1X Refurbished or New 10-foot container
1X Clad and insulate the container in Therma Board and Ply.
1X Waterproof paint seal (internal)
1X Karcher HDs 7/10 Hot/Cold Pressure Washer Inc lance.
1x 50M wash hose
1X S/S Ratchet hose reel
1X Wall Heater and Thermostat to prevent freezing.
1X Carbon Monoxide Alarm
1X Exhaust, Chimney & Bird Basket
1X Control Panel & switches (for light and heater)
1X Twin 240v power socket
1X LED internal Strip Light
1X Electrical Certification.
1X 32amp, single phase external socket (to power the pod)
